REASON FOR LOSS:

A.I.(k) Report No.182B/1945

According to eyewitnesses this aircraft was shot down by three of a formation of eight Typhoons when flying at 4000 feet. The pilot bailed out from 150 feet but his parachute failed to open. The aircraft crashed and a RB 50/20 camera was found amongst the wreckage.
