CAN YOU HELP?
Since our site began we have been approached by many visitors requesting information on how they could help and support the society, and also get involved.
So for any of you who may like to help, below is a list of possible ways you may be able to, listed in a number of fields that we would be grateful for assistance in. You can do as much or as little as you choose.
TRANSLATION:
We are in need of volunteers who can help in translating foreign documents, and correspondence for us. German, Polish, Russian, French, Italian and others.
RESEARCH:
We are always grateful for assistance in all fields of research that will help us to assist further, relatives and friends of the fallen, and all other visitors to our site who may require help. You do not have to be an expert! (Although experts are welcome too!) If you are interested in undertaking some research on our behalf, here are some examples of how you could help, Do you, or could you visit and copy information from any of the following.
The Public Records Office, Kew, London, the R.A.F, Museum, Hendon, London your local library/Town Council/Newspapers. Any other record source.
