Material Protection.
Any material submitted to the Society, photographic or documental will always be directly credited to the provider. Watermarks can be added at your preference to photographic and visual documents.
The EU General Data Protection Regulation
We do not store any personal information about you on our site. Where you make a donation via PayPal we never know your credit card or bank details, these are never held by us. When you donate via cheque, other than a courtesy thank you via email, no record is kept of this transaction.

When you add an entry to our Guestbook, your email address is required so that we can validate your entry, but your address is never used for any other purpose and does not leave the Guestbook software suite. Access to our Guestbook is protected by passwords.
