David King - Chairman Aircrew Remembrance Society, Member. (Founder)
David King
David was first interested in aviation as a young boy, building balsa wood Keil Kraft models and Airfix kits, like any youngster growing up in the 1950’s and 1960’s. He and his brother would also often visit there local aerodrome White Waltham, and often cadge a flight which contributed greatly to his life time interest in aviation, with many of the war time aircraft still in use like Anson’s and Mosquitos still using the local airfields.
